Intro To Fermentation – Feb 7th

Learn about the benefits and foundations of fermentation, enjoy some fresh snacks and drinks, and go home with your very own jar of sauerkraut!

Where: Be Fresh Local Market, Cypress location (1900 W 1st Ave)

When: February 7th, 7-8:30 pm

This event is co-hosted by Brad, the owner/chef of Biota, a local Vancouver fermentation company. (All our kombucha comes from Biota – they’re fermentation wizards!) Sign up in stores, $10 deposit.
