Be Fresh “Fueling Local” Series: How to Stay Energized This Winter

Looking to increase your energy throughout the cold months? Join us for the debut event of our Whole Body Health Series: “Fueling Local”- Nourishing an Empowered Community; starting with a complimentary yoga session, and followed by an engaging panel discussion to support you in feeling vital this winter.

On Sunday, November 27th, the evening will begin at Ron Zalko Fitness with a complimentary yoga class led by instructor Candise Pearce from 4:30-5:30pm. Then, make your way to Be Fresh to indulge in nourishing foods, detoxifying drinks, and an encouraging discussion to help you personally thrive (from 6-8pm).

Learn to stay focused, relieve stress, and develop healthy relationships, sleeping, and exercise habits. Shift your routine to support you through the seasons. Remove the barriers in your environment that are preventing you from feeling at your best, and ask the important questions to leave with tools to feel whole.
