For both, you\u2019ll need to start off with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/blog-cauliflower-rice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cauliflower rice<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2 Simple Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><b>Vegan:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients: <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 large head cauliflower, made into <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/blog-cauliflower-rice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rice<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u00bd <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/blog-vegan-egg-substitutes-baking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flax egg<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tbsp nutritional yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp dried oregano<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp flour (if you\u2019re gluten-free, choose gluten-free flour)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp cornstarch<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructions: <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat oven to 400 F.\u00a0 Then, m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ake the cauliflower rice. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and then add the rice. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain in a fine strainer and let cool for 5-10 minutes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While this is cooling, feel free to get your toppings started! Prep your sauce, cut your veggies, shred your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/make-your-own-vegan-cheese-blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vegan cheese<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or crumble your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/blog-vegan-almond-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vegan feta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014whatever you gotta do. You want it as dry as can be!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the squeezed out cauliflower into a large bowl. Add the majority of remaining ingredients: flax egg (let it sit for 5 minutes first), salt, nutritional yeast, oregano, garlic, flour, and cornstarch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix well with a wooden spoon. Adjust seasonings as needed. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form mixture into a ball. Place on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pat into a circle, and place another piece of parchment paper on top. Use a rolling pin (or wine bottle) to flatten into a pizza shape (about \u00bc inch thick). Remove top sheet of parchment paper. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake crust for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. If you didn\u2019t finish your topping prep before, finish that while the crust is cooking. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the crust is lightly browned, remove and add your choice of toppings. Bake for 8 minutes.
