Along with tomatoes, watermelon is nature’s highest source of the antioxidant lycopene, which – as studies have shown – decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease and improves blood flow. A proven anti-inflammatory and one of the best natural alkalizers, watermelon is also a great re-hydrator! This makes it the perfect post yoga\/workout drink.<\/p>\n
