Grab your favourite <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spud.ca\/catalogue\/catalogue.cfm?action=i-upu-hv&amp;D=&amp;M=115&amp;W=1&amp;OP=C34&amp;PG=0&amp;CG=5&amp;S=1&amp;G=0&amp;Add=0&amp;Search=&amp;qry=1%20eq%200&amp;qqq2=1%20%3D%200&amp;S_CG=&amp;S_OP=&amp;st=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gluten-free pasta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (I love gnocchi or lentil-based pasta), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spud.ca\/catalogue\/catalogue.cfm?op=S2&amp;S=1&amp;W=1&amp;sterm=pesto&amp;S_CG=&amp;S_OP=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a jar of pesto<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, your favourite veggies, and mix them all up for a quick and nutritious dinner. Follow the instructions below: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boil water. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saute veggies. I personally like a mushroom\/kale combo, or broccoli, spinach, and peas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once boiled, add pasta to water. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the cooking instructions on the pasta package. When it is done, strain your pasta. Be sure to keep a bit of the pasta water (it helps bind the pesto and ingredients together). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add your veggies and pesto to the pasta and mix well. If you like, add some nutritional yeast for more cheesiness, and add sunflower seeds for an extra bit of crunch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voila! And delicious too. It\u2019s loaded with nutrient-rich zucchini and carrots, topped with crunchy almonds and zesty lime, and the creamy savoury almond butter sauce ties it all together.
