The soups are a bit heartier than <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spud.ca\/catalogue\/catalogue.cfm?op=S2&amp;S=1&amp;W=1&amp;sterm=cleanse&amp;S_CG=&amp;S_OP=\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a juice cleanse<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, they\u2019re easy on the system, and are rich in nutritious ingredients to nourish yet recharge you. Best of all, unlike a more restrictive juice cleanse, you won\u2019t be left hungry (or worse &#8211; hangry).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plan is designed to serve 1000 calories + 200 cals (your choice of snack and\/or protein) a day for a short period of time. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each soup cleanse contains 3 soups, 1 salad, and 1 shot and is a 1 day cleanse, but feel free to do a longer one &#8211; maximum 5 days, once per month.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><b>Be Fresh Soup Cleanse<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><b>The Soups<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morning Chi:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mushrooms, chia seeds, ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Mushrooms help with weight management, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.spud.com\/blog-flaxseeds-vs-chiaseeds\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chia seeds detoxify<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and ginger aids digestion, for example. The third soup serving portion is to satisfy you between meals. If you\u2019re hungry, we include other light snack recommendations in the cleanse (ex. Celery and hummus or a handful of almonds). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refrain from alcohol and coffee (we know, it\u2019s hard). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also refrain from gluten, dairy, refined sugar, fried food, and trans fats. These foods can be tough on the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drink LOTS of water. Lots. For better taste and added nutrients, add lemon.
